I'm excited to present this special invitation for all Sub Six Members.
Author Lori Degman is here to share her love of rhyme and judge
our Travel Guide to Rhyming Poetry Contest.
Lori Degman wrote a poem to inspire you to pick up your pens!
Get ready, ‘cause now is the time,
to polish your meter and rhyme.
Write your best valentine,
using only four lines,
and make it unique and sublime!
The person whose poem strikes a nerve,
and wows me with vim and with verve,
will win a critique,
to help their technique -
a prize that they'll surely deserve!
Write an original 4-line poem with at least one end rhyme.
Type your poem into the comments section of this post -OR-
the designated post on the Sub Six Facebook page.
Deadline for your poem entry is 12 midnight EST, February 9, 2020
You must be a Sub Six member.
* On the Sub Six FB page, request to join us and answer our 3 questions.
